Every enterprise is composed of transactions. Each transaction has meaning — economic, regulatory, operational, human — and each transaction leaves that meaning as trace. Most architectures reconstruct the meaning later, from what the trace happens to preserve. vāgīśha inverts that: meaning is declared as the transaction is made, and the institution’s picture of itself stays continuously coherent.

The generalised expression of vāgīśha, applicable to institutions where the transaction taxonomy is looser but the requirement for continuous articulation remains.
